About Us

Pete & Sons’ Glass Shop is a family owned and operated glazing business known for providing RELIABLE and HIGH VALUE services in the Mendonoma area since 1997. Nestled on the beautiful overlooks of Anchor Bay, CA, we service both commercial and residential glass needs from Jenner to Elk.

We provide: glass repair and replacement, windows, skylights, tub enclosures, shower doors, mirrors, new build furnishing and more. Commercial and residential properties.

This business is located in a remote area: YOU MUST HAVE HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF 95445 (2+ HOURS FROM BAY AREA)

This position supports our experienced glaziers with installing, repairing, and handling glass for residential and commercial projects. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to learn a skilled trade, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist glaziers with installation and replacement of glass in windows, doors, storefronts, and other structures
• Help transport, load, and unload glass and materials safely
• Prepare job sites and tools before and after installations
• Measure, cut, and handle glass under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Comfortable working with tools and on job sites
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Construction or glazing experience is a plus, but not required. We are hiring at all levels.
